07.10.2004 Mobile-XS expands to SPAIN. The Management of Mobile-XS is pleased to announce the appointment of Done Deal SRL, based in Madrid, Spain, as it's exclusive distributor in Spain. For contact details please check the contact page. Done Deal will concentrate initially on offering Home-XS to the very active Spanish real estate market.
28.06.2004 Garantiemakelaars signs up for the Home-XS service. After a successful test phase that received positive reactions from customers and agents, Garantiemakelaars is introducing the Home-XS service to their offices in The Netherlands, which total more than 100.
26.06.2004 RE/MAX Netherlands selects Mobile-XS as their preferred supplier. Mobile-XS has been selected to provide mobile data services to RE/MAX Netherlands. The Home-XS service, based on SMS and Internet technologies, will be fully integrated into the real estate database application of RE/MAX Netherlands to enable easy use by the several hundred RE/MAX agents.

01.03.2004 Graal-Sotheby’s, exclusive affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty, breaks SMS usage records with the SMS service “Home-XS”. Graal-Sotheby’s proved that even the estates in the high price segment are very popular for the SMS service.
01.02.2004 John Barton joins Mobile-XS as Chief Operating Officer. The management of Mobile-Xs is proud to announce that John Barton has decided to join the company as COO. He has more than 20 years of experience in general management, sales and marketing in the Telecom and IT industries, mostly operating internationally. He has worked both in the service and product areas often at the leading edge of technology and has extensive experience in the business to business and corporate retail markets. “John brings a wealth of experience and international contacts to Mobile-XS which will highly energize our aggressive growth targets for Europe.
